The only problem with this is that the shakes are designed to be ‘meal’ replacements, not snack replacements. They contain a higher calorie content compared to what you would typically have in a high protein snack and so having three main meals plus two protein shakes would be like having 5 main meals and may actually cause you to gain weight rather than lose it.
You could perhaps do a half shake for morning tea and a half shake for afternoon tea. This would work better than two shakes plus three main meals.
