You’re starting off so great only to cave at the end of a good day. This is something I’m sure many of us can relate to.
If you are still ravenous after tea and craving something sweet you could perhaps try a piece of fruit to help settle these cravings. Alternatively a high protein, low carb shake (not the BT meal replacement shakes) could be a good option to help keep you satiated while also allowing you to have something sweet.
