Tried making the quiche tonight and the recipe calls for four eggs total.
The first main step is to mix the dry ingredients, oil, and ‘egg’ for the base.
The second main step is to lightly whisk ‘the eggs’ and add the rest of the ingredients.
Now, I’m not sure if this means one egg was meant to be used for the base, and three for the rest, or if there’s supposed to be an extra egg in there, but I thought I should point it out!
Unfortunately I guess I did not read the recipe thoroughly and ended up putting all four eggs into the base mixture as ‘the egg’, before I realised that’s all my eggs gone and the resulting base mixture was definitely not base-worthy 😛
