    If you can only have bananas 3 times per week, are you able to have half a banana each morning in your shake?

    Hi Christine,

    If you were to do this you would need to make sure you have a half serve less of starchy carbs with one of your other meals i.e, 1/4 of a cup of cooked brown rice with lunch rather than 1/2 a cup.

    We wouldn’t recommend adding too many extras to your FAST shake as they are already nutritionally balanced meal replacements and ultimately anything you add to them you will need to take away from the rest of your daily allowance.
