    In the Body Trimming phase, are you allowed to use your 3 serves starchy carbs on wholemeal bread. So that means you can have 3 pieces of bread per day if you wish? Is that correct?

    Hi Linda,

    You could do this if you wish although it is good to try and mix things up and get a bit of variation (starchy vegetables, fruit (banana), oats, brown rice, quinoa, wholemeal pasta and breads etc) as different foods will provide different nutrients- and help keep things interesting for you!
