Hi, I was wondering if this recipe was ok for snacks and how much per serve. The recipe doesn’t say how many it makes. If I may be get 12 to 18
3 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup splenda or alternative
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/6 cup melted butter
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
Again for the artificial sweetener (and ‘diet’ products containing artificial sweeteners), this is something we suggest trying to limit during the program, however, these cookies could be an occasional snack option.
We would suggest omitting the 1/2 cup of peanuts, and then this recipe should make roughly 18 protein snack-sized serves.
Another point to note with this recipe is that you will not want to use the FAST Shake as the ‘protein powder’, you will need a high protein, low carbohydrate powder for this recipe.
