    Hi

    Does anybody know if cous cous can be eaten for a starchy carb? If so would it be equivalent to brown rice, i.e. 1/2 cup?

    Hi Megan,

    Cous cous may be eaten as a starchy carb option yes! A serve would be equivalent to 1/2 a cup of cooked cous cous, which would be roughly 1/4 of a cup uncooked. Suitable for Trimsition and Body Trimming phase as with Quinoa and Brown rice. Apologies this hasn’t been included in the food servings guides, it’s a bit tricky to get every possible food option on the list so if there is any particular food such as this that you are every unsure about just flick us a message!

    Grapes aren’t on the list either. Are they good to eat

    Hi Angela,

    Grapes would be fine also, we would suggest approximately 1/2 a cup as a serve size.
