    Hi, I was wondering what the servings would be for watermelon,grapes and mangoes. If they also are limited and non starchy. Thanks

    Hi Karen,

    Watermelon, grapes and mangoes would all be non – starchy carbohydrates. A serving size would be about the equivalent of 1 cup chopped.
