    Can you please clarify for me that during trimistition when can you have a piece of fruit

    Hi Sue,

    Apologies for the delay in reply!

    During the Trimstition phase (Days 4- 7) you are able to have a Balanced Meal for dinner (see the Balanced Meal Formula) this meal includes 2 serves of non- starchy carbs (fruit and/or vegetables)- see ‘Carbohydrates: Non- starchy’ article on the website which tells you which types of foods, what phases and the recommended serving size.

    I’m still a little confused what banner does the fruit come under ? and with which meals while body trimming can we have fruit and how often per day ?

    Hi Sandi,

    Fruit comes under non- starchy carbohydrates.
    During the Body Trimming phase you could have fruit as your carbohydrate source with breakfast (Breakfast Meal Formula), and/or as one of your carbohydrate sources with dinner (Balanced Meal Formula). We wouldn’t recommend more than two serves of fruit per day. If you take a look at the ‘Carbohydrates: Non- starchy’ article you will find a list of different types of fruits and their serving sizes.
