    Hi BT, Seeing as easter is coming up I was wondering if you can incorporate a hot cross bun in anyway, Normal size or a mini . Thanks

    Hi Karen,

    Good question! Hot cross buns generally contain low nutrient- refined white flour, and can contain a considerate amount of added sugar. Your once a week Free Day meal would be the ideal time for a hot cross bun. Unless you can find a wholegrain, low sugar hot cross bun which you could substitute into your meals as the starchy carb serve.
    We will get to work on a hot cross bun inspired version of the protein ball snack recipe and let you know once this has been perfected.
