    When can fruit be introduced and where do you count it? How much too. Thanks julie ?

    I would also like to know this as well as what does watermelon count as – starchy or not and the serving size

    Hi Julie,

    Fruits are allowed during the second and third phases of the program (Trimsition and Body Trimming). Most fruits are considered non- starchy carbs so you can have a piece of fruit with any of your meals as one of your non- starchy carbs. Take a look at the My Food Guides section in the column on the left to find a list of non- starchy carb options (including fruit) and their serving sizes.

    Hi Mandy,

    Watermelon is a non- starchy carb, one serve would be 1 slice (think roughly the same amount you would get from an apple).
