    1/4 cup quick oats
    1 egg
    Half banana

    Top with greek yoghurt and a few strawberries

    Blitz in blender and cook in teaspoon of coconut oil.

    Is this bodytrim OK?

    might be good to share if it is, its a nice alternative. ?

    Hi Julie,

    For a breakfast meal you need two serves of protein and one serve of starchy or non-starchy carbs per person.

    2 eggs is one serve of protein and 1/2 a cup of yoghurt is a second serve of protein.
    1/4 cup of uncooked oats is one serve of starchy carbs, as is one small banana. Perhaps you could try halving these quantities so that you can have both the banana and the oats.

    Hi Julie, I also put up a pancake recipe which is nice and BT have adjusted for me. It’s on page 2, it’s made with cottage cheese but you wouldn’t know after it’s cooked. Karen
