I’ve just started this Programm and will be on day 4 tomorrow.
I’m a little confused on how much I can eat for a protein snack?
Do I just pick one snack out of the list like an egg or just nuts with its given amount or can I combine some with the same given amount?
So basically how big is a protein snack portion size?

We have set the serving sizes as to what would be considered a snack serving size for that particular food (some serving sizes will differ as some foods will be more energy dense than others). If you wanted to combine 2 different sources of protein to make up a protein snack then just have a half serve of each. For example 1/2 a hard boiled egg and 2 walnuts.
