I have previously done the old bodytrim and have just started the new program. I’m really enjoying the new and improved version so far. One thing that I’m unsure of though are salad dressings. On the old program if using a salad dressing or condiment the rule of thumb was to use dressings that contained less than 10g of carbs per 100g and less than 5g of sugar per 100g and generally stick to approx. a tablespoon worth.
What is the ‘rule’ for salad dressings on the new program?

For oil- based dressings we would simply recommend a serving size of 1 teaspoon (5ml) and no more than two serves in total of any fats/oils/oil- based dressings per day (see our Food Serving Guide recommendations for oils and fats).
Do try and opt for a dressing that has a low salt content and contains no added sugar (check the ingredients list), or at least one that is low in sugar (you could perhaps use the ‘less than 5g of sugar per 100g’ rule here).
