    i was wondering if you can kickstart your weightloss again by doing the fast and transition once more?
    Ive have not lost any weight the last 3 weeks and have followed the guidelines to a tee.

    Sometimes it can take a while for your body to get in sync with a change in eating habits so consistency is key, however there are numerous factors that come in to weight loss and of course every body is different.
