    Could you please advise if these are suitable for bodytrimming snack with peanut butter and sliced banana?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your message!

    We recommend snacks that are high in protein, and you may also add a serve of non- starchy vegetables to this.

    Bananas are a starchy fruit so not suitable for a snack. Rice cakes would be considered a starchy carbohydrate source which isn’t included in a BT snack.

      Hi,
      I bought some SORGHUM Whole Grain thins.
      Can I use these as my starchy carbs with balanced meal ??

    Hi there,

    Yes, definitely! You would be looking at about 10- 15g of carbs for a serving so just take a quick look at the nutrition information panel and calculate how many ‘thins’ you would need to make up a serve.

      Great, thanks. 3 thins have 10.3gms of carbs so 2-3 thins
      for a serve of starchy carbs 🙂
